2.3 Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their booths within the time specified by The Hope Fair.

2.4 The Hope Fair reserves the right to reject any vendor application that does not align with our mission or comply with legal requirements.

2.5 Vendors must comply with all safety and operational rules set forth by the venue and The Hope Fair.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Payments for booth reservations must be made within the time specified in the confirmation email. Failure to do so may result in the release of your reserved booth.

3.2 Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Hope Fair.

3.3 In the case of event cancellation, vendors will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their reservation to a future event.

4. Visitor Terms

4.1 Visitors attending The Hope Fair events agree to respect the event rules and behave in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

4.2 The Hope Fair is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, including text, images, logos, and design elements on The Hope Fair website and promotional materials, are the intellectual property of The Hope Fair and may not be used without prior written consent.

5.2 Vendors and participants grant The Hope Fair the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during events for promotional purposes.

6. Liability

6.1 The Hope Fair is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred by vendors, visitors, or participants during events.

6.2 Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products meet all applicable safety, health, and legal standards.

6.3 The Hope Fair is not responsible for any disputes between vendors and visitors or any transactions conducted outside of the official event setting.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

7.1 By participating in The Hope Fair or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which complies with Thailand’s PDPA.

7.2 Personal data collected during event registration or through the website will only be used for the purposes of event management, marketing, and communication.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1 All vendors, visitors, and participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

8.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
