What is the booth size?
This depends on the package you selected during registration. Please refer back to the the booking page at https://booking.thehopefair.com/
How can I unsubscribe from your email list?
To unsubscribe, please reply to any of our emails or contact us at contact@thehopefair.com. We will ensure your preferences are respected.
What documents are required for new exhibitors?
If you wish to apply as a new exhibitor at our next Hope Fair events, you must provide the following information after you booked your booth at https://booking.thehopefair.com/.
For businesses: a copy of your business registration document + VAT number and address
For Thai individuals: a copy of your Thai ID card
For Foreigners: a copy of your passport and work permit.
Note: Foreign exhibitors must have a registered business in Thailand to comply with local regulations.

Can I distribute promotional materials during the event?
Yes, you are welcome to distribute promotional materials, but only within your booth area.
Is electricity provided at the booths?
Yes, basic electrical access is provided for all booths. Exhibitors should bring their own extension cords if required.
What equipment is provided with my booth?
Each booth includes One table (size depends on package selected on the booking page) and Two chairs only. This is the responsibility of the exhibitor to bring additional equipment such as extension chords, additional chairs, etc.
Can I see the Floor Plan?
The floorplan is shared exclusively with exhibitors who book Gold packages. This allows them to select their preferred location.
How do I register as an exhibitor?
To register as an exhibitor, visit our Booking page and select one of the available packages to secure your booth. Once you apply, our admin team will review your application and verify your business.
During this review process, you will need to provide documents to confirm you have a legitimate business that will sell at the event:
Thai citizens: A copy of your Thai ID card is sufficient.
Foreigners: A registered business in Thailand is required to sell at our events.
After your documents are approved, you will receive an invoice with payment details. Please note that your booth is not reserved until payment has been received and confirmed by email. Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipt and an official confirmation of your acceptanceas an exhibitor.
Important: Only exhibitors who have received email confirmation of payment will have a booth reserved. Exhibitors without confirmation will not be allowed to sell at the event.
