You ask, we answer
Can I see the Floor Plan?
The floorplan is shared exclusively with exhibitors who book Gold packages. This allows them to select their preferred location.
How do I register as an exhibitor?
To register as an exhibitor, visit our Booking page and select one of the available packages to secure your booth. Once you apply, our admin team will review your application and verify your business.
During this review process, you will need to provide documents to confirm you have a legitimate business that will sell at the event:
Thai citizens: A copy of your Thai ID card is sufficient.
Foreigners: A registered business in Thailand is required to sell at our events.
After your documents are approved, you will receive an invoice with payment details. Please note that your booth is not reserved until payment has been received and confirmed by email. Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a receipt and an official confirmation of your acceptanceas an exhibitor.
Important: Only exhibitors who have received email confirmation of payment will have a booth reserved. Exhibitors without confirmation will not be allowed to sell at the event.
